Our service centres
For personal, face-to-face advice, you can visit our service centres in Wien Spittelau (Vienna 1090) or Guntramsdorf (Lower Austria). See below for information about the service centres and their opening hours. Please note that animals (with the exception of blind dogs) are not permitted on the premises at the Spittelau service centre.

The ServiceTreff of Wiener Stadtwerke includes the service centre for our power, natural gas and district heating customers. We will help with your issue.

Friday: 8 am – 3 pm - with appointment until 4 pm
Guntramsdorf service centre
The service centre for our power and natural gas customers in Guntramsdorf (Lower Austria). We will help with your issue.

- Opening times: Monday to Friday: 8 am – 3 pm; Open on Thursdays until 5:30 pm.
